K Sculpt, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, "K Sculpt," the "Company," "We," or "Us") is a direct-to-consumer body recomposition coaching, waist trainer shapewear, and fitness education company. We believe, with structured education, 1-on-1 coaching, 15-steel-bone compression technology, and accountability, individuals can be better prepared to make informed health and body recomposition decisions, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific physical results.

1. Education, Shapewear & Training
K Sculpt is a direct-to-consumer body recomposition coaching, premium shapewear, and wellness education company. We do not sell a "quick fix," "overnight waist reduction," or guaranteed-results system. We believe, with education, certified coaching from Certified Body Recomp Specialist Coach Kim, and daily habits, individuals are better equipped to achieve lasting transformations, but we do not guarantee success in achieving any specific physical outcome.
We do not make medical results claims, effort claims, or guarantees that our coaching or shapewear will produce specific weight loss or exact waistline measurements for every individual. All digital program materials, app content, workout progressions, and recipe collections are intellectual property protected by copyright. Any duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
2. Examples, Case Studies & Scenarios
The Company makes no representation regarding the likelihood or probability that any actual or hypothetical participation in the K Sculpt 90-Day Accelerator Challenge will achieve a particular outcome or perform in any predictable manner. Any historical transformation information in the Company's presentation and materials represents real client experiences, but individual results vary significantly depending on starting point, health history, genetics, consistency, and nutrition adherence.
