Please read this 30-Day Risk-Free Refund Guarantee carefully before enrolling in the K Sculpt program.
K Sculpt is committed to delivering real, visible body recomposition results through our K Sculpt 90-Day Accelerator Challenge and 15-steel-bone waist trainer system. This Refund Guarantee outlines the specific implementation conditions under which a full refund may be requested.
1. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund under our 30-Day Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
When enrolling in the K Sculpt 90-Day Accelerator, you must have a validated commitment to the process — meaning you are able to dedicate the time required to follow your custom training and nutrition plan, wear your K Sculpt waist trainer as instructed during workouts or daily wear, complete 3–4 structured training sessions per week, and submit weekly check-ins with Certified Body Recomp Specialist Coach Kim as prescribed.
You must have validated readiness, which includes having a reliable way to track your nutrition and daily habits (via the K Sculpt app or Apple Health / smartwatch sync), access to the gym or workout environment required for your program, and active communication with Coach Kim through the app Monday through Friday.
Cold engagement — defined as failing to log nutrition, wear your waist trainer, complete workouts, or respond to Coach Kim for more than 7 consecutive days without prior written notice — does not fulfill a validated commitment to the program.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
If the eligibility conditions above are met and you have executed the full 30-day implementation period — completing every assigned training session, adhering to your built-for-you macro plan, logging habits inside the app, wearing your waist trainer, submitting all weekly check-ins on time, and maintaining active communication with Coach Kim — and you still do not lose your first 5–10 lbs or see a measurable reduction in your waistline, then you are eligible for a full refund.
You must have done your part, meaning you have completed your weekly in-app check-ins, participated in scheduled form check reviews with Coach Kim, logged nutrition/water/steps inside the app, and submitted progress measurements and check-in photos. If all prescribed implementation steps have been completed and results have not materialized, a full 100% refund of your $347 enrollment will be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact our support team at ksculpt@outlook.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
You must provide written, dated evidence demonstrating that you completed all assigned workouts, nutrition tracking, waist trainer wear logs, weekly check-ins, and coach communications as prescribed. This includes app logs, check-in submissions, and weekly progress photos.
This guarantee applies exclusively to clients who actively participate and follow the program as directed. It does not apply to partial participation, unlogged nutrition, missed check-ins, or failure to communicate with your coach. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
