1. Services & Hardware Provided

K Sculpt provides the complete K Sculpt 90-Day Accelerator Challenge and physical waist trainer bundle, including:

• 90-Day On-Demand Recomposition Program: Phase 1 Fat Loss and Phase 2 Body Recomposition protocols engineered by Certified Body Recomp Specialist Coach Kim.
• Signature K Sculpt Waist Trainer: 15-steel-bone waist trainer with U-shaped bust support, dual-layer zipper/hook compression, and contoured hem design, shipped in your chosen color (Onyx Black or Sculpt Nude) and size (XXS–XL).
• Weekly In-App Check-ins with Coach Kim: Personalized progress evaluations, form-checks, and programming adjustments delivered via the K Sculpt coaching app.
• 300+ Recipe Vault & Auto-Generated Grocery List: Meal guides, built-for-you macro plans, and de-bloat nutrition resources.
• Habit & Wearable Sync: Sleep, water, step, and Apple Health / smartwatch integration tracked directly inside the app.

2. Eligibility

Services and hardware purchases are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or older who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payments, Pricing & 30-Day Guarantee

3.1 One-Time Payment Pricing

The Complete K Sculpt Accelerator Kit is offered at a one-time payment of $347 USD (total retail value estimated at $971 USD). This price grants 90 days of app access, coaching check-ins, and includes physical waist trainer hardware shipping.

3.2 All Sales Final (Change of Mind)

Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary digital curriculum, workout protocols, recipe vaults, and customized hardware fulfillment, all sales are final except as specified under our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

3.3 30-Day Risk-Free Results Guarantee

You are covered by our 30-day risk-free guarantee. If you follow the 90-Day Accelerator program as outlined (completing workouts, logging macros/habits, and submitting weekly check-ins) and do not see measurable progress in your waist line or first 5–10 lbs within the first 30 days, or if we fail to deliver core program components, you may request a refund.

4. Waist Trainer Shipping & Exchanges

Waist trainers are processed within 24–48 hours. Standard Shipping is free and delivers within an estimated 2–3 weeks. Express Air is available at checkout with an estimated delivery window of 5–7 business days. Tracking details are sent to your order email.

If your waist trainer arrives damaged or requires a size exchange, contact support within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges require the garment to be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached for hygienic reasons.

5. Pause Policy

You may request to pause your 90-day program for up to 14 days total during your enrollment for travel or medical reasons. Pause requests must be emailed to ksculpt@outlook.com at least 7 days prior to the desired pause start date.

6. Early Termination & Settlement

The 90-day program is a fixed single-payment commitment. If you wish to terminate early, reach out to support. Unused portions of the digital program are non-refundable once accessed.

7. Client Responsibilities

To maximize your body recomposition results, you agree to:

• Track daily nutrition and aim to hit provided macro targets
• Complete programmed training sessions (3–4 sessions per week)
• Submit weekly in-app check-ins and progress metrics to Coach Kim
• Wear your K Sculpt waist trainer as instructed during daily or workout sessions
• Communicate any physical discomfort or questions promptly with your coach

8. Meal Plan Guidance & Macros

Recipe guides, meal ideas, and macro calculations are provided for educational and lifestyle accountability purposes. They are not prescriptive medical diets. You are responsible for making substitutions for any food allergies or regional dietary requirements.

9. Conduct & Community Rules

We expect respect across all communication channels. Disrespectful, harassing, or abusive behavior toward coaches, staff, or community members may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All K Sculpt content—including training guides, recipe books, app interfaces, video demonstrations, and waist trainer designs—is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

11. Health & Medical Disclaimer

K Sculpt and Coach Kim provide fitness, nutrition, and shapewear educational coaching. We are not medical doctors or physical therapists. Waist trainers should never be worn overly tight or during restricted breathing.

Always consult a physician prior to starting a new exercise or compression routine, especially if pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with pre-existing spinal or abdominal conditions.

12. Service Interruptions

We maintain high availability for the K Sculpt app but are not liable for brief outages caused by third-party hosting, maintenance, or internet connectivity issues.

13. Non-Disparagement

You agree to resolve any issues directly with support before publishing public reviews or claims regarding the services or brand.

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating any chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, you agree to reach out to ksculpt@outlook.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve your concern.

15. Client Data & Privacy

Your personal data, progress metrics, and shipping address are securely stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy to fulfill your order and deliver your coaching experience.

16. Taxes & Billing

Applicable local sales tax or duties will be calculated and displayed during Stripe checkout based on your delivery address.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

18. Entire Agreement & Updates

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and K Sculpt regarding the K Sculpt 90-Day Challenge and Waist Trainer bundle. We reserve the right to update these Terms as needed.
